  1. How to set an item require a serial number? Go to inventory tab/expiration date sub tab/ check the box “request serial number” at the bottom of window.
  2. How to change prices for an item?
  3. How can I locate all items added using the "Non-Stock Items" feature? Go to inventory/ reports/inventory custom reporting tool/under category look for Non-Stock Items
  4. How to create order as delivery? Click reset button on the sales screen/ under delivery type select delivery/click reset delivery type button.
