  1. How to set an item require a serial number? Go to inventory tab/expiration date sub tab/ check the box “request serial number” at the bottom of window.
  2. How to change prices for an item?
  3. How to create order as delivery? Click reset button on the sales screen/ under delivery type select delivery/click reset delivery type button.
